Various renders made during my internship at Valentin Studio in Lyon, France.
Most of these renders are made for architects or real estate developers which needed a convincing and attractive realist render to sell their projects.
Modelled in 3ds Max, Rendered with Corona, Post-production in Fusion and Photoshop.

Framing exemples

An exemple of the kind of preparatory work I would do before working on the final render.
Multiple framed views of the project are made with a grey neutral material, they are sent to the client so he can choose one or multiple views to be properly worked on.
The objective here is both to offer choice for the client, but also to catch early eventual modifications that were not in the client briefing.
Choosing the right framings is paramount to ensure client satisfaction. As an exemple, sending a framing that will not be attractive in the end can expose to the risk of the client choosing this specific framing thus ending with an inferior product.
At the end its a delicate balance between listening to the client and guide him to the right direction.
